Tonight! Forget about Monotonix (okay go and try to make it to both shows) and come down to the Ship & Anchor to see the Sharp Ends and Tension Slips rock out on that beloved hardwood floor! Its Sharp Ends’ lead singer Chris Zajko’s birthday so buy him a pint and wish him a good one. Its been awhile since I last saw the Sharp Ends so I look forward to hearing them again with fresh ears. I am a huge fan of Tension Slips — any band where Andrew Payne is writing tunes is a good one — that guy has a ton of wit. The Desert Boots are also playing sometime that night as well — but I am not really a fan of mullets, mustaches, and dick rock so I’ll probably be catching up with friends at that point.
